I found this post via Google and may be able to help out.
I own a complete set of 300+ negatives and contact prints that were shot on the set of a Morecambe & Wise Watney's advert, on 1 March 1966. I'm not at all sure if this was their first, as the note on yours states, but mine are from the advert that you can see a short clip of at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPqqARNBqts [edit: just noticed better version available at http://www.morecambeandwise.com/morecambeandwise_video.aspx?vid=10 ]. I'd be fascinated to see a scan of your photo and I could tell you if it was from the same shoot - it may even have been shot by the same photographer.
